This Privacy Policy describes how Sentré Technologies Inc. ("SENTRÉ," "we," "our," or "us") collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you access or use the SENTRÉ platform, including our mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Platform").

By using the Platform, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

Information We Collect

We collect only information necessary to operate the Platform, provide services, and maintain trust and compliance.

1.1Information You Provide

  • Name
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • Account credentials
  • Profile photo
  • Payment information (processed by our payment provider)
  • Service requests and preferences
  • Messages, ratings, and other content you submit to other users or to SENTRÉ
  • Communications with SENTRÉ support

1.2Location Information

To provide on-demand services, SENTRÉ may collect:

  • Approximate location (city-level)
  • Precise location during active service requests (with permission)

Location data is used only to match availability and deliver services.

1.3Usage & Device Information

  • Device type and operating system
  • App interactions and feature usage
  • Log data (IP address, timestamps)

This data helps improve reliability, security, and performance.

1.4Identity Verification & Professional Vetting

To keep the community safe, Professionals (and, where required, Clients) complete identity verification. This is performed by our third-party verification provider (Stripe Identity) and may include:

  • A government-issued photo ID
  • A live selfie used to confirm the ID matches the person (facial-image data)
  • For Professionals: information used for background checks and tax/payout reporting, which may include a Social Security Number

Identity and background-check data is collected and processed by our verification and payment providers to confirm identity, run vetting, and meet legal obligations. SENTRÉ does not use this information for advertising and does not sell it.

How We Use Information

We use information to:

  • Provide and operate the Platform
  • Match clients with available professionals
  • Process payments and transactions
  • Communicate service updates and notifications
  • Maintain safety, trust, and compliance
  • Improve platform functionality and experience

We do not use personal data for intrusive advertising or unrelated purposes.

How Information Is Shared

SENTRÉ does not sell personal information.

Information may be shared only as necessary with:

  • SENTRÉ professionals (limited to what is required to deliver the service you request)
  • Payment and identity-verification providers (such as Stripe) to process payments and verify identity
  • Cloud hosting and infrastructure providers
  • Legal or regulatory authorities, when required by law

All partners are required to maintain appropriate confidentiality and security standards.

Confidentiality & Discretion

Discretion is central to the SENTRÉ platform.

  • Client identities and service details are shared strictly on a need-to-know basis
  • SENTRÉ professionals are bound by confidentiality obligations
  • We limit internal access to sensitive information

Data Retention

We retain personal information only as long as necessary to:

  • Provide services
  • Meet legal, regulatory, and accounting requirements
  • Resolve disputes and enforce agreements

When no longer required, information is securely deleted or anonymized.

However, no system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Users acknowledge and accept this risk.

SENTRÉ is not responsible for third-party privacy practices.

SENTRÉ Health Information

If you use SENTRÉ Health, you may provide limited health-related information necessary to facilitate non-emergency, presence-based support.

Important clarifications:

  • SENTRÉ is not a healthcare provider
  • SENTRÉ does not maintain medical records
  • Information shared is limited to facilitating services
  • Data is not used for diagnosis or treatment

11.1Health Data & HIPAA Notice

SENTRÉ is not a HIPAA Covered Entity and does not act as a healthcare provider.

Information shared through SENTRÉ Health:

  • Is not treated as protected health information (PHI)
  • Is handled under this Privacy Policy
  • Is shared only to facilitate services
  • Is not sold or used for advertising based on health data

Account Deletion & Your Choices

You can delete your account and associated personal data at any time, directly from within the app (Settings → Profile → Delete Account) or by emailing support@flynotez.com.

When you delete your account:

  • Your profile and personal data are removed from active systems
  • We retain only information required for legal, tax, safety, or dispute-resolution purposes
  • You may also email us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data
