1.4Identity Verification & Professional Vetting
To keep the community safe, Professionals (and, where required, Clients) complete identity verification. This is performed by our third-party verification provider (Stripe Identity) and may include:
- A government-issued photo ID
- A live selfie used to confirm the ID matches the person (facial-image data)
- For Professionals: information used for background checks and tax/payout reporting, which may include a Social Security Number
Identity and background-check data is collected and processed by our verification and payment providers to confirm identity, run vetting, and meet legal obligations. SENTRÉ does not use this information for advertising and does not sell it.
How We Use Information
We use information to:
- Provide and operate the Platform
- Match clients with available professionals
- Process payments and transactions
- Communicate service updates and notifications
- Maintain safety, trust, and compliance
- Improve platform functionality and experience
We do not use personal data for intrusive advertising or unrelated purposes.
Confidentiality & Discretion
Discretion is central to the SENTRÉ platform.
- Client identities and service details are shared strictly on a need-to-know basis
- SENTRÉ professionals are bound by confidentiality obligations

Account Deletion & Your Choices
You can delete your account and associated personal data at any time, directly from within the app (Settings → Profile → Delete Account) or by emailing support@flynotez.com.
When you delete your account:
- Your profile and personal data are removed from active systems
- We retain only information required for legal, tax, safety, or dispute-resolution purposes
- You may also email us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data
