These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement and end-user license agreement ("EULA") that govern your access to and use of the SENTRÉ mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Platform") operated by Sentré Technologies Inc. ("SENTRÉ," "we," "our," or "us").
By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
The SENTRÉ Platform
SENTRÉ is a technology platform that facilitates connections between individuals or organizations seeking professional presence-based services ("Clients") and independent professionals ("Professionals") who offer those services.
SENTRÉ does not itself provide security services, medical services, nursing services, or emergency response services.
All services are provided by independent third-party Professionals.
Service Tiers
SENTRÉ facilitates access to multiple service tiers, which may include:
- a. SENTRÉ Core
- Non-emergency professional presence, visibility, situational awareness, and support services.
- b. SENTRÉ Signature (where applicable)
- Non-emergency Presence services performed by Professionals holding applicable state licenses.
- c. SENTRÉ Health
- Non-emergency, non-diagnostic support services performed by licensed Registered Nurses ("RNs"), subject to strict scope limitations.
Each tier is subject to its own eligibility requirements, availability constraints, and scope limitations.
SENTRÉ Health — Important Disclosures
3.1Not Medical Care or Emergency Services
SENTRÉ Health services:
- Are not emergency medical services
- Do not replace medical care, diagnosis, or treatment
- Do not establish a doctor-patient relationship
- Are not intended for urgent or life-threatening situations
If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 immediately.
3.2Scope of SENTRÉ Health Services
SENTRÉ Health Professionals may provide limited, non-emergency support, which may include:
- Presence during recovery or wellness monitoring
- Observation and general support
- Non-clinical assistance within lawful RN scope
- Escalation guidance to emergency services when appropriate
They may not:
- Diagnose conditions
- Prescribe medications
- Administer treatment beyond lawful scope
- Provide medical opinions outside RN licensure authority
3.3No Clinical Oversight by SENTRÉ
SENTRÉ:
- Does not supervise clinical decisions
- Does not direct RN judgment
- Does not control how Health services are performed
RNs act independently under their professional license.
Professional Status
All Professionals on the Platform are independent contractors, not employees, agents, or representatives of SENTRÉ.
SENTRÉ does not:
- Control how services are performed
- Guarantee outcomes
- Provide insurance for Professionals unless explicitly stated
Eligibility & Account Requirements
To use the Platform, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Provide accurate, complete information
- Maintain account security
- Comply with all applicable laws
SENTRÉ may suspend or terminate accounts at its discretion.
Bookings & Requests
6.1Booking Types
Services may be requested:
- On-demand
- Scheduled in advance (where available)
Availability is not guaranteed.
6.2No Guarantee of Assignment
SENTRÉ does not guarantee that a Professional will accept or complete any request.
Payments & Fees
7.1Platform Fees
Clients agree to pay:
- Service fees
- Platform fees
- Applicable taxes
SENTRÉ retains a portion of each transaction as a technology and marketplace facilitation fee.
7.2No Refund Guarantees
Refunds, if any, are handled in accordance with SENTRÉ's Refund Policy and at SENTRÉ's discretion.
Professional Earnings
Professionals:
- Set availability subject to platform rules
- Receive compensation minus platform fees
- Are responsible for all taxes, licensing, insurance, and compliance obligations
User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Misrepresent service needs
- Request illegal or emergency services
- Harass or endanger Professionals
- Circumvent the Platform
Violation may result in immediate termination.
Disclaimers
10.1No Warranties
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available."
SENTRÉ disclaims all warranties, express or implied.
10.2No Guarantee of Results
SENTRÉ does not guarantee safety, outcomes, or satisfaction.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SENTRÉ shall not be liable for:
- Actions or omissions of Professionals
- Personal injury or property damage
- Medical outcomes
- Lost profits or indirect damages
Maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SENTRÉ from any claims arising from:
- Your use of the Platform
- Services provided or received
- Violations of these Terms
Dispute Resolution
13.1Arbitration
All disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration in California.
13.2Class Action Waiver
You waive the right to participate in class actions.
Termination
SENTRÉ may suspend or terminate access at any time for any reason.
Modifications
SENTRÉ may update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
Community Standards & Zero-Tolerance Policy
SENTRÉ requires every member to act with professionalism and respect. We maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content and abusive behavior on the Platform, including in profiles, messages, ratings, and any other user-generated content.
You may not post, send, request, facilitate, or engage in any content or conduct that is:
- Sexual or pornographic, or that solicits or implies escort, companionship-for-intimacy, dating, or any sexual service
- Harassing, threatening, hateful, discriminatory, or bullying
- Violent, or that promotes self-harm or harm to others
- Defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable
- Illegal, or that solicits illegal acts or emergency/crisis response
- Fraudulent or deceptive, or that impersonates another person
SENTRÉ is a professional, non-emergency presence platform. It is not a dating, companionship-for-intimacy, or escort service, and any attempt to use it as such is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate removal from the Platform.
Content Moderation, Reporting & Blocking
To keep the community safe, SENTRÉ moderates user-generated content and provides every member with tools to report and block others.
Every member can:
- Report objectionable content or behavior directly in the app, or by emailing support@flynotez.com
- Block another user to prevent further contact
- Flag any profile, message, or rating for review
SENTRÉ reviews reports of objectionable content and abusive users and acts on them within 24 hours — removing the content and ejecting the user who provided it where warranted. Professionals are background-checked and screened before approval, and any account that violates these Terms may be suspended or permanently removed.
License to Use the Application
Subject to these Terms, SENTRÉ grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the SENTRÉ application on a device that you own or control, solely for your personal use of the Platform.
You may not:
- Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the application
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code
- Use the application other than as permitted by these Terms and applicable law
Apple App Store Additional Terms
If you download the application from the Apple App Store, the following additional terms apply and, in the event of any conflict, control over the rest of this section:
- These Terms are concluded between you and SENTRÉ only, and not with Apple. Apple is not responsible for the application or its content.
- Your license to use the application is a non-transferable license to use it on any Apple-branded device you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service.
- SENTRÉ, not Apple, is solely responsible for the application and for providing any maintenance and support.
- In the event of any failure of the application to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price, if any; to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to the application.
- SENTRÉ, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims relating to the application, including product-liability, legal/regulatory, and intellectual-property claims.
- Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you as a user.
- You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo and are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
Account Deletion
You may delete your account and associated personal data at any time from within the app (Settings → Profile → Delete Account), or by emailing support@flynotez.com.
Upon deletion, your profile and personal data are removed, except for information we are required to retain for legal, tax, safety, or dispute-resolution purposes, as described in our Privacy Policy.
